Platform Threads

DNA can be used across multiple platforms. When you are logged in, your chat history is saved and updated in real-time across all platforms that you have activated DNA on.

For more information on how to activate DNA on a specific platform, read the Getting Started section of this book.

To combine all of your chat threads across different platforms, ensure that you are logged in to your account before initiating them.

If you have initiated a conversation with DNA on a specific platform without logging in first, go to your Account's Settings page, click on Connect Platforms, and then proceed to log in to your account on each platform you wish to connect.
