Executing Orders

When you authenticate your Uber and Uber Eats accounts with DNA, it gains the ability to order food for you on demand, all through text command.

If you’d like DNA to order your food or any delivery, just text what you would like and from where, and it will place the order through the Uber Eats app and track it for you.

If you need a car ordered, just text DNA when you need it, and it will call a car on-demand or schedule one at your request, using the same car preference type as your last ride unless explicitly directed. DNA will also update you on text as the car arrives and can relay any intra-app messages sent by the driver or delivery person.

Agent support is an ongoing endeavor at DNA and more capabilities and platforms will be added over time.
